Son of Glory operates under the parent organization SWSAGroup Indonesia and is fully managed by SWSAGroup. This website is powered, operated, and maintained using SWSAGroup Management Software.

• Mandatory Password Rotation: For security reasons, users are required to routinely change their account password every 30 days.
• Additional Security Recommendations:
  • Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.
  • Never share your login credentials or OTP codes with anyone.
  • Ensure you log out after completing your session, especially on shared or public devices.
  • Avoid using identical passwords across multiple personal online accounts.

• All payments must be processed securely via SWSAGroup Pay (https://pay.swsagroup.id/).
• Payment Requirements: When completing payment, customers must enter the exact identity information registered to their store account, an active phone number, an active WhatsApp number, and the correct Order Reference Number.
• Verification Process: Payment verification requires 1 to 2 hours upon successful submission. Orders will be processed once payment is fully verified.

• Shipping Rates: The standard shipping fee is IDR 20,000. Additional delivery surcharges will apply if the delivery address is outside standard coverage zones.
• Dispatch Schedule: Regular daily shipments are processed between 14:00 and 17:00 WIB.
• Cut-off Time: Orders completed or paid after 17:00 WIB will be dispatched 2 business days later.

• All return requests are subject to rigorous physical and document inspection upon receipt.
• Admin Approval Required: No refund or exchange will be processed without explicit prior verification and approval from our administrative team.
• Items submitted for return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

All brand designs, prints, graphics, media content, and intellectual assets associated with Son of Glory, SWSAGroup Indonesia, and Samuel Wilson Surya Atmadja are strictly owned by SWSAGroup. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
